SCALE INHIBITOR

DESCRIPTION

ASC-RO 181 is used to inhibit inorganic scale   formation in membrane separation processes. It can inhibit high levels of   Calcium Sulfate and can protect the membranes from the hard to remove Calcium   Sulfate scales. It controls Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Sulfate, Barium and Strontium   Sulfate Scales in waters with a high scaling potential. It controls   precipitation of moderate levels of Iron and Manganese

ASC-RO-181 is   suitable for Reverse Osmosis and Nano Filtration membranes

USAGE

ASC-RO 181 is normally applied continuously prior to   the final cartridge filter. It should be injected by chemical dosing pump   from a dilution tank or direct from the drum into the feed water line. The   quantity required to inhibit scale formation depends on the quality of feed   water and size of the membrane system. The specific control ranges need to be   determined by the technical representative.
