PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CT FCL 201 is a Nonionic homo-polymerized acrylamide flocculant. It is a linear encapsulating polymer with high molecular weight and low ionic activity.

APPLICATION

CT FCL 201 has found application in a wide variety of mineral processing operations.

It has a wide variety of mineral processing operations including the following: 

1. Sedimentation of coal washing.
2. Sedimentation of platinum slimes.
3. Tailing waste water treatment.

4. Steel waste water treatment.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

Physical appearance - White granular powder. 

Solubility - Soluble in water.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

Dosage depends on application but normally lies in the range 5 - 200 g/ tonne of dry substrate flocculated.

PACKING AND STORAGE

CT FCL 201 is packaged in inner plastic bags, and further in polypropylene woven bags with each bag containing 25Kg. Store in dry, well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles.
