CT NE-300 NON-EMULSIFIER CATIONIC
DESCRIPTION
CT NE-300 is a special blend Cationic surfactant with excellent record in use as non-emulsifiers, specially formulated for well stimulation. Emulsions are simply a dispersion of either water droplets in oil or the reverse. Most oil field emulsions are water in oil. A non-emulsifier must work at the interface to break the oil ring surrounding a water droplet so the droplets can coalesce and separate
APPLICATION
CT NE-300 reduces surface tension to every low levels. It lowers interfacial tensions. CT NE-300 affects well cleanup after fracturing while the treatment water may not emulsify into the formation oil. The amount of time it takes for the frac water to separate can make a difference in service rig cost after the treatment
