DEFLOCCULANT CT DEF-CF

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CT DEF-CF is a specially formulated to act as a deflocculant in virtually all water base mud systems. It is fluid loss control agent and it has the character of anti-high temperature reducing viscosity and being used with other admixture agent etc. It is mainly suitable to the all kinds of muds.

APPLICATION

CT DEF-CF is used to control rheology characteristics of a wide variety of drilling mud types, including calcium mud systems. It also contributes to filtration control and serves to emulsify oil. This product may be used to replace conventional chrome and ferrochrome lignosulfonates in virtually any application, with benefits in terms of environmental impact and legal compliance.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

Add CT DEF-CF in concentration of 3.0 - 11.0 kg/m³ (1.1 to 3.9 lb/bbl) to any active system.

PACKING AND STORAGE

CT DEF-CF is packaged in 50‐lb (22.7‐kg), multi‐wall, paper sacks. Store in a dry location away from sources of heat or ignition, and minimize dust
