PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CT PLUG-G is deformable, high resilient Graphite mixture formation. It is a form of carbon having a thin, flat, crystalline structure. It is found as a natural resource in several locations throughout the world. Graphite can also be manufactured from petroleum, coke or anthracite. It is available in three particle size grades (Fine, Medium & Coarse)

APPLICATION
CT PLUG-G is a lost circulation additive used in water-, oil- or synthetic-based

drilling fluids to stop losses in permeable and fractured formation

Particle Size for Medium Grade - D50 of 400 (+/- 100) microns

Particle Size for Coarse Grade - D50 of 100 (+/- 50) microns

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

Pre-treatment of the active fluid system in a concentration of 20-30 ppb can help prevent seepage or lost circulation while drilling through depleted zones, or in preparation for running casing and cementing.

PACKING AND STORAGE
CT PLUG-G is packed in 25 Kg or 50 Kg multi wall paper bags. Store in a dry well- ventilated area.
