PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CT-POLYVIS is a high viscosity grade, high molecular weight cellulosic polymer that is used to provide viscosity and filtration control in water‐based drilling fluids. CT-POLYVIS can be used in all fresh and salt water drilling fluids including KCl and Salt water drilling fluid systems. It does not require a preservative.

APPLICATION

CT-POLYVIS additive controls fluid loss in freshwater, seawater, KCl and saltwater drilling fluid systems. It forms a thin, resilient, low permeability filter cake which minimizes the potential for differential sticking and invasion of filtrate and mud solids into permeable formations.

ADVANTAGES

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

Recommended treatment for CT-POLYVIS polymer is from 2 to 5.0 lb/bbl depending on the water type and the salt level

PACKING AND STORAGE

CT-POLYVIS is packed in 25 Kg multi wall paper bags. Store in a dry well-ventilated area

CT-POLYVIS is an equivalent to VeraVis Viscosifier Polymer
