PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

DEFOAM 200 is a mixture of glycol based defoamer to control foaming in cement slurries, and it is compatible with all commonly used cement additives.

APPLICATION

DEFOAM 200 is used to prevention, elimination and control of foam in aqueous system in oilfield drilling, water injection and other industrial applications.

DEFOAM 200 is used for the elimination and control of foam in waste water treatment & fermentation processes.

ADVANTAGES

Physical appearance  - Colorless clear liquid.

Specific gravity  - 0.82 – 0.90

Flash Point (PMCC)  - Above 65°C

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

Typical treatment range is 0.05-0.10 lb/bbl (0.14-0.29 kg/m³).

PACKING AND STORAGE

DEFOAM 200 is packaged in 5‐gal (18.9‐L) cans and 55‐gal (208‐L) drums. Store in dry, well‐ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles.
