PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CT FR 202 is a series of sodium salts of alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate. It helps to reduce the apparent viscosity and improve the rheological properties of the cement slurry with high performance at bottom hole circulating temperature of 300°F, due to which turbulent flow can be achieved at lower pumping rates, which results in reduced friction pressure during pumping.


APPLICATION

CT FR 202 is also helps improve fluid-loss control and can provide slight slurry retardation, it further also increases the thickening time of the cement slurry and stabilizes the operational free water. Physical appearance: - Yellowish Powder. 

Sulfate content: - 10% Max.
pH: - 7.0 – 9.0
Moisture content: - 8% Max.


RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

Continuous treatment is recommended at 0.5 – 1.25% by weight of cement.


PACKING AND STORAGE

CT FR 202 is packaged in 25 kg HDPE & Paper bag. Store in dry, well‐ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles.
